Castaway

The movie Castaway is about a man played by Tom Hanks who is marooned on a deserted island for a few years. He is forced to learn to survive and to respect the forces of nature one way or another. In the beginning he is very scared but about mid-way through the film he find peace or rather peace finds him. Insanity that is. He has learned to respect and to coexist with nature and becomes happier than you think someone might be when they are stranded on an island. Maybe it was because of the company of his best friend Wilson, a washed up volleyball with a face on it.
